Do you need a base pass for JBPHH this term?
Please contact the HPU@Hickam office NO LATER THAN 7 June with the following information:
- Last name, First name, Middle initial
- Date of birth
- Place of birth
- Social security number and/or driver's license number (with state of issue)
- Gender
- Naturalization number and/or passport number (REQUIRED IF NOT BORN IN THE USA)
- Best contact phone number
We CANNOT sponsor students onto the base, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Requests made after 7 June will need to find alternate means of transportation until their pass is ready for pick up.
