The filing of your PTG ensures that you receive vital information related to degree completion and the commencement ceremony.  Please check your HPU email frequently for all graduation and degree conferral related communication.  Failure to meet PTG submission deadline will result in a late fee, may result in your name not appearing in the commencement program, and non-conferral of your degree.

HPU Student IDs

Aloha Sharks,

It's time to show us your smile!  Upload your photo so that we can have your HPU Student ID ready for you.  Avoid the line!

It's easy to do: Log on to your MyHPU Portal at https://my.hpu.edu, then go to Student Services -> More -> Online Photo Upload (see screenshot below).

There are a few things to keep in mind to meet the ID card photo requirements.  The photo:

·         Should be cropped slightly above head to middle of chest (you will have the opportunity to crop and rotate photos during the upload process)

·         Should be taken against a plain, light background

·         Must be a color photo

·         Must not include sunglasses, hat, mask, or other facial covering

·         Must be faced directly towards the camera, with eyes open

·         Must meet HPU standards. Your photo cannot be enhanced in any way (for example, no lenses, filters, text, emoji, stickers, etc.) and cannot contain other individuals or pets

For new students living on campus, if you submit your photo by Friday, August 7th, we will have your ID ready for you when you check-in for housing.  Photos submitted after that date must be picked up at the Student Services Center at Waterfront Plaza, Suite 5A.

For more information about the photo upload process and the HPU Student ID (called the UniCard), please visit https://www.hpu.edu/registrar/uni-card/index.html.
